A resident of Miracle House of Hope was recently in my community soliciting donations for this organization. He was in a Walmart parking lot, without a permit, illegally asking for money for Miracle House of Hope in Charlotte. When I informed this man that I did not carry cash, he became abrupt and stalked off.
