I hope management realizes the Rockstar they have working the front thank. This woman single handedly took it upon herself to rectify a medication issue that had arose after my wife's surgery simply because it was sent to the wrong place. I just had bunion and hammer toe correction surgery here. This was the best surgical experience I have had in my life time, and I'm 70 years old and lived in 3 states. This center exceeds all standards of care, efficency, and professionalism. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and caring. I've had surgeries several times with the "big" surgery hospitals in Omaha and been very upset with the care, cleanliness, and lack of empathy in " the system ".
