😥I am so upset with Miracle Hills nursing staff. I can't believe they refuse to touch my mom cuz of the way she looks😥
RecommendedI have nothing but positive things to say about Miracle Hill. Dad was at another facility in town for six months, and the attention and care he's getting at Miracle Hill eclipses his previous experience. I find the staff and administration attentive and caring. Sure, this has an institutionalized look and feel to the facility, and it is less "glamorous" than other locations in town - but what it lacks in amenities it more than makes up in the areas that matter - comfort and care, as well as a focus on rehabilitation when hel... read more
It is my opinion the facility is understaffed. Additional staff is much needed.
Clean smell. Friendly staff that cares about their patients. They really are taking care of my uncle. Keep up the good work and thanks for all you do.
