Do not use this agency!! Tiara runs a non caring business who sends people that are not qualified. In addition, she lies when asked about the status of coverage. They do an amazing job with my mom. I strongly recommend this agency. They really care.
I contacted Tierra one afternoon because I needed assistance with Mom. I was able to meet her that same day, complete the paperwork and she had staffing for Mom that evening. The staff who stayed with Mom did a great job caring for her. Thank you all at Miracle Hands.
