I got there at 7:45 tonight and she had 2 customers and she’s like sorry I can’t do you. It’s 7:45 and I already have 2 to do. What kind of customer service is that? No work ethic these days.0

Every time I come to the salon she’s always on her phone and she doesn’t do her job as she should because of that, I went to the store one day put my name down on the book and she was talking on her phone and didn’t pay attention to me, she had me waiting for 10 minutes and I had to walk out of the salon because she never attended me . Terrible service , I used to go on Tuesdays there was a different girl different experience with her !! (PLEASE MAKE HER COME BACK)!! Will not be coming back. .
