This company came highly recommended so I called and a couple of gentlemen came out. The older gentleman just told me that he couldn’t believe how small of a space the builder placed my water softer. He said it would be a difficult job and needed to wait for a coworker to come back from his vacation to see if he had the knowledge to disassemble my type of system. He then said that he would call me back within a week. That was 6 weeks ago and I never heard back from this company! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
