Great service and caring staff @ the Moore Oklahoma store on 19th Street
Went in to get a hearing check and I felt the doctor was wonderful and very knowledgeable during the test. She told me my hearing was on the borderline and it would be a good investment to get hearing aids as preventative care. I purchased hearing aids here in 2021. I’ve kept silent until now but Miracle Ear has had the gall to continue sending me customer satisfaction surveys and I finally decided that I should warn others. I was told that I would receive reimbursement from my insurance for my purchase beyond my deductible. I never have. I spoke to my insurance, blue cross, several times and they continually told me that all they needed was a pre-authorization form and they would pay. Starla and Elizabeth provided me with excellent, friendly and professional service. They are knowledgeable and very helpful in all of their interactions me and the other customers I observed. They are both keepers, in my opinion.
