I was so happy that this office has good people working and they got me in quickly.
If you buy hearing aids here, they treat you like a king. But the next time my husband needed hearing aids, he returned them because he could hear his own voice too loud. We intended to pay it out through a credit card company called HealthiPlan. Even though we returned the hearing aids, Miracle Ear failed to communicate with the credit card company, and we were charged for the hearing aids. Went in to get a hearing check and I felt the doctor was wonderful and very knowledgeable during the test. She told me my hearing was on the borderline and it would be a good investment to get hearing aids as preventative care. She went over all the different types they offer and picked out a pair she suggested would be best for me. I told her I’ll think on it.
