I had a very good experience with my new ear aids the people at Miracle Ear are super nice and are willing to help with any of my needs Super happy with my new hearing aids
Workers are great. But management isn’t good. Seems to have problems keeping employees, and they cut my favorite specialist. Little overpriced as well.
They were able to finetune my new hearing aid to the profile from my hearing test, so that it gives me aid in the frequencies I need it and doesn't where I don't need it. The aid is small; no one ever notices it, and I can control it with my phone. They do maintenance on the device for free; I've had mine adjusted a couple of time because my hearing has changed (gotten worse). The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love my hearing aids, and I love the staff!
Dr Rice is one of the best doctors I have ever taken my husband to she was very wonderful with us very kind her and her staff member Grace I recommend anyone to go there if they have any hearing problems they are wonderful and will help you any way they can.
