I had an appointment last month they said I canceled . I did not!!!! , made a new one get there, yes I was late 16 minutes, they said after 15 minutes had to reschedule. But 16 minutes. Unacceptable I will never recommend no one to them. Sorry usually leave great reviews. But could have made exception to the rule if they cancel on me the last time💯
I am leaving a review for my Client who I am an Aide for. Kathy Dickens came to visit you all & had a great experience. Everyone was very patient & kind & checked her ears & gave her a hearing test. Thank you for taking the time to help her. I am very appreciative of your kindness.
Clean place, friendly staff. Jack did a thorough test of hearing and explained everything he did and why. Used the results to put in a program and put in a sample pair of hearing aids to see what it was like. It was awesome!! Ordered a pair of hearing aids, can't tell you even have them!! We will pick up next week. Very happy . Would reconnect!!
