Friendly local staff but did not work for my husband's extreme hearing loss in one ear. Frustration, especially with such a high price point, that customer service processing return was not as promised. It has been 3 weeks. We thought about possibly trying another of their products but will not do any further business with them at this point.
I’ve always been happy with Miracle Ear, and Seth Russo has been just great to work with, giving me information and never rushing me out the door. I’m sorry the hearing aid didn’t really work for me, price was a deciding factor, as well as hearing with them. Thankyou, Sandra Rogers
I stopped in while traveling and needed to have my grandma's hearing aids checked. The receptionist was really helpful and got grandma in same day. They got us in and out quickly and back on the road. Thank you!
I wasn't sure what to expect going in, I had been disappointed in the past. But I have to take the time to tell you that meeting their recent employee, Alexander was the most wonderful experience I've ever had. I already had my set for a couple of years and I was taking my neighbor lady with me to get her first set. Alexander adjusted mine perfectly, helped me finally understand how to adjust them myself at home....
