I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get mine and a friends Ear impressions done for Custom In Ear Monitors. I never received a call confirming an appointment, so I called to confirm and was directed around call after call and finally a lady confirmed my appointment, but said that they had to push it to 1:30.
