Excellent Service! Lisa and Nina make the experience of getting hearing aids super easy and pleasant. The service from getting tested, to getting the aids were fast and Lisa made sure that they were adjusted to my daily needs and comfort. Totally recommend this place!
My husband decided the hearing aids weren't right for him but we are still waiting on our refund. He called multiple times to ask about the refund and would get transferred to someone but the phone would not get picked up. He has now called the office four times and has yet to speak with the office manager or anyone for that matter.
