Staff at the store is amazing. It's the area manager and the poor product. Bought top of the line in Nov 2024. From day one had issues with the Bluetooth connectivity. Was given options to try nothing worked. Tried on another phone same issue. This store I was told to go too by customer service. Great service by the staff. They suggested to try another pair to see if same issue. Tried and no issues with the other brand name.
