My family member went through here for hearing aids, they are not working very well. He still can’t hear well, he’s told the doctor he was seeing and the doctor wouldn’t listen to him or help him. We are going to take him to rapid to someone that will actually help.
Do not go here. Loren King took my mother's money has lead her around with dates to fix her hearing aids for months and the company has done nothing to help. Please avoid this place and go out of town if you have to.
Loren was able to get my grandmother and her friend in for an appointment. He tested their hearing and recommend what hearing aids they needs. He was extremely polite and respectful. Thanks Loren and the Miracle-Ear team for all your help.
