Scheduling the initial appointment was easy and quick. All of my questions were answered with clear and understandable information. I did not feel pressured to purchase the product; however, the customer care and quality of the hearing aids made the decision easy. Family, friends and I are all enjoying the benefits of these hearing aids.

There was a period of time where she was distant and embarrassed to go anywhere with us because of her hearing. AJ helped her find the right hearing aid that fit her life style and Megan was the best! I really feel like they both care about my mom so much. Highly recommend!
