Ryan was Courteous, professional and informative from the moment I checked in to the time of my hearing test. Highly recommended. Clean and spacious facility. Plenty of Parking spaces as well.
I have been seeing Ryan Murphy for my hearing aids for several years now. I just want to say that he is one of the most courteous and professional people I have ever dealt with. I never have to wait when I come for an appointment, and he takes such personal care of me and my hearing aids! I never feel rushed! I highly recommend Miracle Ear in Glenbrook where Ryan Murphy will take the best care of you!

He always puts me at ease and engages in conversation with me regarding my experience with the Miracle Ear product. He is also very encouraging regarding my use of the aids to help my hearing the most. I would recommend him to my family and friends!
Be very careful before doing business with this company. My experience was one of the most unprofessional customer service encounters I have ever had. The technician was rude, dismissive, condescending, and seemed far more interested in making a sale than helping a customer make an informed decision. If you received a coupon in the mail, don't expect it to mean much.
