Ms.Rene at the front desk was soo helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend this place.
My mother is the wearer and I accompany her to appointments at the Breaker/183 site. The staff is supportive, well informed, prompt. Katherine Hill relates to clients well and is highly competent in her knowledge of components and the computer app for the hearing systems. It is always a pleasure to step into this office and be treated like their most important client over and over.
I really enjoy this store. Katherine is very knowledgable in this field and super easy to get along with. Rene is a bright smile when you go thought the front door. She a delight. The devices I am purchasing work very well. I had another type of device for almost 10 years and these are defiantly a cut above. The 30 day trial was easy and Katherine was on follow up appointments routinely to make sure adjustments were done as needed. Great group!
Katherine has been very patient with me as I have tried several different pairs of hearing aids before accepting my current pair which has worked great. Friendly staff and available when I needed them.
