They won't even tell you how much their services cost, not what insurances they take. Probably some kind of scam. Either way, no transparency.

Staff and location are great! The hearing aides themselves are just ok. After 8 months I'm not totally impressed yet. It may be bc I have an android phone and the hearing aides are more set up for iPhones. Extremely annoying that for the expense I can't get the full benefit

Now going to the South Glens Falls location.. Have bought much lawn care equipment and our generator from them.. Charlton location has become a little less friendly over the years and seems to have a large turnover in staff..

Madison has been keeping me hearing for 4 years now. She recommended a hearing aid that sits behind the ear and has a nearly transparent wire to the portion that sits within my ear. Getting a hearing aid was one of the smarter health choices I have made. I seem Madison every few months for follow-ups and for regular testing.
