Brought my grandmother in to see hope she was having trouble with her hearing aids hope was very patient and knowledgeable she took very good care of her. Cloie in the front office is always there to assist us with appointments and questions as well they make a great team!
Professional staff!! I had questions about pretty much everything. It was a big decision but the staff took their time and explained everything and handled everything with my insurance. I was happy with the whole experience.
Hope, at the Northgate Park location, was so helpful in getting my dad’s hearing aids replaced. We purchased them at a Miracle Ear in St. Louis, so she reached out to them to see how it could be handled. They were shipped to the office a day earlier than expected. She was kind enough to call and get us in as quickly as possible! My dad is hearing again, which makes life a little easier!
