I have ask many times to be removed from their mailing list. I keep all this mail in names that are not me. My name is Lillie, not Lillian, SR. My experience with Miracle Ear has always been good. Their receptionist is very friendly, considerate & helpful. Before going there, I couldn't hear from running big machinery. They've worked with me & my hearing is a lot better. I'd recommend them.
First, I must say I miss Stephanie. Went in today and met the new staff, great energy and services was a 5 star. Enjoyed your humor. Thanks for taking care of my needs. I can Hear clearly now.
It goes without saying, Shannon and his staff continue to be very customer centered. From both technology, to working out schedules and just plain being first class problem solvers. Shannon is so very thorough in speaking in my language what issues are, solutions and the very best in technological improvements. Can’t say enough good stuff about this guy and his crew.
Ben & Amber (Muncie, In.) has been my provider for a little over two year and they make it enjoyable for us to travel all the way from Fountain City to Muncie. They are very professional and they really love their job and the people they deal with daily.
I have been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years. I bought my first set of miracle ear hearing aids almost 6 years ago. I was very impressed with the quality of the hearing aids over what I had been wearing and they were both about the same cost. The only thing I wasn’t too happy with was the quality of sound when playing music from my phone. I play a lot of music on my phone when I’m working in the yard or just hanging out.
