The devices are top notch, but the Crown Point location underwent changes that greatly diminished the service provided by the technicians. Three times I was told to wait for a phone call that never came. I didn't know what I didn't know about hearing aids and now realize that I didn't receive the right support. They don't keep there word. I went there for promotional ear check up and cleaning... For $50 gift certificate. On the end she gave me this paper foldet and sad you just scan the code. When I came home rewards was only $20 instead $50
