At the Southbury CT office, Carrie knew that I had an important event on Saturday to meet with people that I had not seen for decades. One of my hearing aides was out for repair, and it was cutting it close to have it for Saturday. On Friday at about 4:30 PM, I got a call from Carrie stating that my repaired hearing had just been delivered. She spoke with Heather and they both agreed to stay late so the hearing aid could be adjusted to me and paired with my cell phone. They are both the best!!
It’s always outstanding from the time you walk in your greated with your first name always a smile I always recommend miracle ear and Carrie is the example of what cust service is all about everyone is so helpful
Amazing service by Heather Royer at the Southbury CTLocation. Heather has been my tech for over 2 years. She recently volunteered at our Woodbury CT Senior Center where she screened approximately 30 seniors for hearing issues. Heather is a consumate professional who gave of her time on a weekend to provide a needed service to the community! Thank you Heather!!!!
