Our first visit we were greeted with a very pleasant attitude and a smile. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. When I went in to the exam room I was asked several questions about my hearing and what I expected to achieve. He was very professional and very helpful with each step of answering every question that I asked. I highly recommend Cobleskill Miracle ear.
I would rate the miracle ear in cobleskill a 10. Every thing was explain from point A to point Z. By the time I was ready to have my hearing test I knew exactly all parts of my ear. The receptionist laura was also very nice. I will go back again. Great Job
I just wanted to say thank you to Victor and the staff they made me feel real comfortable. Everything was explained to me about my hearing and what hearing aids could do to help. I never felt like I was being pushed into buying something. I would definitely recommend going there
Victor was fanTASTIC. He was knowledgeable and thorough, trying to find any possible reason for my hearing problem to avoid me spending money. And then when it was clear what had to be done, he pointed to a cheaper model and said I didn't need any more than that.
