I just want to take a minute and say Thank You to Brian Eskew who has been so helpful to me for the past several years. Brian is very patient and considerate when adjusting my hearing aids. To be a woman on her own and working 2 jobs he does everything he can to get my hearing aids to where i can hear! We need more people like him who are genuinely concerned about hearing loss especially for us older folks! Give this man your business! And give him a raise Boss! Thank You Sondra Frazier
I was told my the RN who came to our house for our insurance company that I may need hearing aids. Humana will provide two different aids for about $1600 and $1700. The technician spent the first part of my appointment emptying all the trash cans in the office. He then did a fairly cursory hearing test and much of the time was spent trying to upsell me to a Miracle Ear device, saying that Tru Hearing was old technology and how much it was going to cost to clean and maintain the aids which was quite expensive. Loved the experience, very thorough and informative.I have Tennitis and it interferes with my hearing. Definitely need hearing aids.
