I was greeted by Ms. Lindsey who was kind and polite and assisted me with forms to fill out, as well as answer my questions. Next, Mr. Dennis preformed various tests: he explained very steps, allowed me to see my ears inside, then gave me his recommendation. I was given a printed handout of my resolves.
