This was my first hearing aid so I needed a lot of help. Very competent hearing test and help with products.
Was having an issue with BT on my hearing aids and they were extremely helpful in resolving the matter. Thank you sooooo much Kim and Cathy for being so helpful!
Miracle Ear always treats my dad Lou well! From the front desk workers, to the doctor, everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. They take their time to explain things to him, set up his devices and troubleshoot any problems he may have. He’s been going to them for years and would recommend them to anyone.
So I've been wearing my miracle ear hearing aid in my right ear for 9 nonths. My left ear does not work at all, so I've been super protective of my right ear. The people at Miracle Ear on Richmond Ave are so wonderful, especially my audiologist Kim 😊I can't say enough about her. She quickly dashed away all my fears and got me thru the first month and that wasn't easy for me. I don't do well with change. Rita and Pat are the Best. They treat you like family. They take excellent care of your hearing needs. I have been going to them for about 10 years, never had a problem. I would recommend them to anyone who has a problem hearing. 5 Star. Went To See Rita Today 3/17/25, Had a problem with my Hearing Aid. I was In And Out In 5 Minutes. She Is The Best. I Dont Know What I Would Do Without Her. I Highly Recommend Her For Any Hearing Problems That You Might Have. 5 Star.
