From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and ensured that I fully understood each step of the process. If you receive a flyer from them offering a free hearing test, with no pressure to buy any plans from them, beware, it is not free! My old parents were lured by this advertisement. They checked twice, and at the reception for the third time, if the hearing test would be free. They said that it was. But when they saw the doctor, he refused to perform the test saying that he had no gain in doing so because my parents' insurance would not cover it.
