Ben is extremely friendly and helpful. Ben has helped my family and I hear to the best of our capabilities. I have had a bad experience before with my previous hearing aid vendor...not with Ben. He really is there to help the hearing impaired and it really shows. I'm upset with myself I didn't do this sooner. I didn't realize what I was missing out on in life and conversations. Ben has helped me be part of society again. Thank you I Ben and you're amazing at what you do.
