This was my first visit to Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center in Falls Church, Virginia. I was impressed with Elizabeth Jacobs. She is very knowledgeable and she explained everything about ear in detail. I felt as I had taken a class about hearing and different parts of inner ear. She explained the procedure to me prior to the hearing test. Her receptionist was very pleasant, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Elizabeth Jacobs to everyone for their hearing exam.
We had a great experience at Miracle Ear. Elizabeth was terrific- professional, patient, and very helpful throughout my mom’s. Hearing aid setup. She explained everything clearly and made my mom feel comfortable. We truly appreciate her excellent care and highly recommend her. Thank you.
