In all the years that I have been using Miracle Ear hearing aids (2), I have never, ever had a bad experience. The last visit was NO exception. Vitalia is always professional, informed and amazingly warm and caring. How fortunate Miracle Ear is to have her on staff.
Vita is absolutely wonderful. She is sweet, personable, patient, and pleasant. She explains everything thoroughly and will repeat for us when necessary. Nothing is a silly question to her. We look forward to our checkup with her. She is a great asset to Miracle Ear.
