Great place to get hearing aids friendly people always nice.
It’s terrible how one cocky rude person can ruin a business. I was spoken to rudely by the audiologist and embarrassed into purchasing new hearing aids. I was not ready to spend the money and told him so. He tried to pressure me to do so. I asked him if he realized how he was talking to me and he brushed it off. It was a very uncomfortable meeting and I will NEVER return to this store
Always, the best with all of my needs..The beat of all offices I work with…
Nathan and Gretchen are always smiling and helpful if we have any needs. It makes it so much easier to adjust to something new. Thanks!
