I am very satisfied with Auburn Miracle Ear. I have had my hearing aids for a year, and they have changed my life. I can hear much better, and they are very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend Miracle Ear, and in the Auburn office the staff is very friendly and helpful.
While shopping for my first hearing aids, Miracle Ear, in Auburn, was only one of the three I visited. What a difference. At Miracle Ear, Felicia tested my hearing, loaned me a pair of expensive aids to try. Had them for a month, no problem. Of all the places I visited, Diane and Felicia, explained the difference in hearing aids, on time for appointments, and the friendliest, most concerned place I shopped. I really like this center. I started out at the Woodland store where I got my hearing aids, then when I moved I went to the Citrus Heights store. That's where I met Felicia, she was the receptionist there. Then she went to school and took over the store. She is great! When they moved her up to the Auburn store I figured 30 minutes isn't that long of a drive to see someone who listens to her patients, constantly works to give them the best possible hearing experience she can.
