Felicia is awesome. I went there to get molds made for in ear monitors. She explained everything thoroughly even told me about some of the hearing aid products that I’ll probably need down the road very professional and thorough would go there again.
Felicia and Diane always provide top-notch service. They care about their customers.
Diane and Felicia are fantastic!! Diane always remembers my name and greets me with a smile. She is very prompt, efficient and compassionate. Felicia is very knowledgeable and has helped me multiple times when I've had an issue with my hearing aids. I moved to Lincoln, but continue to drive to the Auburn Miracle Ear due to the great service I receive.
