Alan is the absolute BEST! He has so much compassion and concern for our 98 year old mom. Always goes the extra mile to make sure her hearing is satisfactory. Abigale and all the staff at Miracle Ear are like family. We feel very fortunate to use their services. A+
I helped my mom with her hearing aides and they are great at helping us with what my mom needs.
I really enjoy my hearing aides, I can answer my phone thru my hearing aides, I have good volume and clarity. The services provided when I need help, which for me is very rare is great. I keep up with the regular maintenance so they can check them every three months. Could not be happier.
Have always received excellent friendly service every time I have gone into the Fresno store.
