What a amazing experience I had with JD NOE from the hearing test to Auto tuning some hearing aids. I hear everything much clearer and understand why. The visit wasn't about selling additional items it was about me hearing the best I could. I cant wait for the follow up list. Than you JD NOE!!!
I really am very blessed to have chosen Miracle Ear for my hearing test and my hearing aid! Dr Noe is a great hearing specialist. He is a very knowledgeable, soft spoken and patient doctor. He listens to you and helps you with your hearing aid adjustments. I love my hearing aid. Makes a big difference in my life!
This is my 4th miracle ear location I have visited, and JD Noe and his assistant Cassie are wonderful. They are always so courteous and professional. I can't say enough good things about them. We live 2 hrs. Away and I will always come here for my hearing aids needs, they always accommodate us when we have other appointments in the Lexington area. JD fixed my hearing aids after the first visit. Other locations, even after multiple visits, did not.
My mom needed another hearing aid. Wishing we had checked Miracle Ear before making the initial purchase. Everything was terrific: from the reception staff to the hearing tests and procedures. Everyone was professional, kind, patient, respectful, responsive and knowledgeable.
