My husband has been dead since January of 2017 and I have informed these people of this fact and requested that they remove his name from their mailing list and instead of complying to my request, they continue to send mail in his name to me nonstop I'm starting to believe that I will have to take them to court to get them to stop harassing me
Had the extreme pleasure of stopping in at miracle ear in Baxter because my left heated not worked properly in so long and I thought they’ll know what to do. Even though I have not a customer they provided me with the kindest and most professional help. These are very smart people and very kind people. My brother has been a client of Miracle Ear, Brainerd, for many years. He lost his hearing aid some time ago.Recently, I called twice (through their appointment center), left messages but needed got a call back. One of the people in the appointment center tried calling them twice for me and emailed them. No response. My father bought a new pair of hearing aids at the Brainerd location recently however I’ve noticed his hearing has declined immensely and feel the hearing aids are not correct. He turns his TV to volume 20 when I listen on 8 and it’s like his hearing aids are broken. I would really appreciate them being re-checked for him and wonder what you would suggest. He does come in for cleaning and maintenace regularly.
