They targeted my grandmother and told her she needed hearing aids when her doctor confirmed she didn’t. They used shady and aggressive sales tactics. She felt pressured into buying them and they refused to help her when she tried to return them. Their demeanor completely changed once they got the $5k sale. Now they blocked her # and won’t respond to any communication attempts. They have horrible reviews on the BBB and legal action will be taken against them.
Very nice experience overall, highly recommend Erica and Jairo are lovely

Jairo and Ericka have been nothing but the best. No matter what questions or concerns I have they are always met with the upmost professionalism and assistance. They have made this life changing step in getting a hearing aid nothing short of easy and flawless. Excellent work and environment.
Miracle Ear staff, Jairo and Erica, are MARVELOUS. It was unexpected, the service and the warm welcome that I received at my first appointment. Jairo answered all of my questions, he helped me to understand hearing loss and the consequences. I know that it just isn't me, both Jairo and Erica present the same warm welcome to their clients. They are great!
