Just got hearing aids a couple of weeks ago. My hearing loss is minor, but I'm surprised to hear what I had been missing. Everyone in the Cottonwood, AZ office are so kind and helpful at getting me in to make minor adjustments to get the best sound quality.
My husband came to Miracle ear from The Great American hearing co which is NOT SO GREAT, to get his hearing aid fixed since Todd would no longer take his insurance! Crystal took it back & fixed it while we waited. Simple fast & professional. We already have an appt to get his next aids there. Looking forward to it to! Thx Crystal!
