Place is Top Notch . Center was clean . Jamie was pleasant with a smile . Very professional . Assisted me with hearing devices that were comfortable And affordable. I will be Referring her to all of my neighbors. Even put a flier about the biz on the main table for our Monday morning coffee klatsch !! We are very pleased .
I was persuaded to purchase a set of over the ear hearing aids I was not comfortable due to the look, the shortness of the wire rubbing against my ear (I'm a fairly large person) and the performance of them at nearly $6k. Every time I went in for an adjustment/testing/cleaning I stated that I was not comfortable with the over the ear aids, the way they fit, looked and that I had wanted the in the ear/canal hearing aids from the very beginning. I had to really convince my husband that I needed hearing aids, and Ryan was so patient through the whole process. He even called and spoke with both of us, taking the time to answer every question. What impressed me most was how much he cared about my overall health, especially my brain health, and explained why hearing is such an important part of it. When I came in and finally got my hearing aids, I couldn’t believe the difference. I’m so grateful and excited!
I was getting so frustrated with my significant other always asking me to repeat myself, and the TV was constantly way too loud. I finally convinced him to go to Miracle-Ear. When he came home with his new hearing aids, the difference was amazing. He told me he really liked Ryan and felt comfortable through the whole process. It’s been such a relief for both of us. I live out of state, but my mom recently went to Miracle-Ear in Sun City Center and was fit with new hearing aids by Ryan.
