Bobby is friendly and very knowledgeable in his field. Even though they do not accept Anthem Blue Cross he did offer some valuable information pertaining to my current hearing aid.

Bob is so very helpful! I was looking into hearing aids with Aspirus, and they wanted to send me all over the place. I finally made an appointment with miracle ear in portage, and he was right to the point and knew what I needed within the hour visit!! I was able to leave with a demo hearing aid (I only needed one for my left ear), and called Bob back the next day to tell him I wanted to move forward with ordering one for myself.
