What a wonderful and pleasant experience that I had today 01/14/2025 at Miracle ear in Columbia, TN. The receptionist and another very kind and thoughtful Lady there greeted me as soon as I popped through the door. I had my 91 year old Dad's hearing aids and one of them was not functioning as it should. It was fixed in a jiffy and I cannot say enough about the genuine kindness of these nice Ladys. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the kind staff for taking care of me today!
