I was hesitant at first to get my hearing tested and also to make a purchase but after visiting the Freehold location and speaking with Matthew it was clear this was the perfect place to start my treatment with hearing aids. He is an expert not only in the testing process, but his aftercare is genuine and heartfelt. Highly recommend the entire staff here is refreshing.

I would strongly discourage anyone from going to Miracle-Ear in Freehold. My mother was told she needed hearing aids that would have cost us nearly **$8,000**. Thankfully, we decided to wait and get a second opinion at Costco before making such an expensive purchase. The difference in care was unbelievable. Costco took the time to examine her ears and immediately told us she had a significant buildup of earwax and that her ears should be cleaned before making any decisions about hearing aids. I wonder about a company who is SO DESPERATE for business they find it necessary to pepper my mailbox with their UNSOLICITED letters, posted to me in a woman’s script as if we were ‘friends’! I would never use them, and the *only* contact I’ve had - outside of their all too frequent letters - is the phone call I made DEMANDING them to remove my name and address from their office! The bloody nerve! 🤨🤨🤨
