Very professional. Pleasant n effective. Great at showing and explaining. Outstanding.
Duane really helped me select the best hearing aid option for my comfort and budget. Jessica was very patient showing me how to put the aids in my ears. Follow-up visit to adjust settings and give me smaller inserts was so helpful.
