Had an appointment today tah went excellent and very friendly and informative. However, when I signed up for the Appointment it was supposed to be a 30 day Risk free trial offer that was not offered. There was a set put in my ears to see the difference but the tril offer was never mentioned. I dont understand that part.
Great people!! Understood my needs and helped to find the hearing aids that worked best for me. Always able to answer questions that I had and helped with any issues I have.
