Had a 12:30 appt. Was seen at 12:35. Could not have been better then that. Magen was as pleasant as could be. And very helpful. So far my hearing aids are better. There getting old at 6 years old inner ear devices. But with a good vacuuming and cleaning seems good as can be. I'm very pleased. And TY Magen. You made my day
