the atmosphere in this office is unmatched & kim at the front was amazing! my grandpa usually hates appointments but he had such a positive experience.
Kim stayed over to assist my husband with his hearing aids. She is soooo knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We we truly appreciate her staying over and helping us. She is a very good employee. You are very blessed to have her on your staff.
I am completely blown away by the specialist in the office. Kim is very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain how the ear works, and how she can help me with hearing loss. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs this type of service.
