I’ve tried writing this review so many times because there are just so many reasons we keep coming back to Miracle-Ear Fairfax - it’s hard to keep it short! The biggest one? We’re always treated like family - not just another number. Mo is genuinely one of a kind, and by that I mean he is 100% genuine. Jacob was great. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He did the hearing tests and gave a very honest diagnosis. He did not try to upsell, while providing all available options. Overall a great experience!
Mo and miracle hear has done a remarkable job supporting my wife with her hearing aids. Today (39) I called to see if I could get my wife in to check her haring aids out and figured I would have to make an appointment but when he heard they were not working he brought us in right away and made the repair. We appreciate the quick response and excellent support!!!
Mo is a great representative for Miracle Ear. I was very impressed by his explanations of procedures, the demonstration of the equipment, the assistance after the sale. He is very professional, polite, and friendly.
