I had an appt. today 1/27 in Milford . Gianna was very professional and welcomed us when we arrived . After having my hearing tested she explained everything to us from what my issues were , what would be the best for my situation now and long term and detailed info. on pricing and insurances . She was very thorough in how the technology of the specific hearing device worked which was impressive . Definitely going back to the Milford store for follow up appts . I had a confirmed scheduled appt. today 1/6/24 and got there 1/2 hr. early but when my appt. time showed up no one was there . Called the home office an the woman I talked to tried to contact the tech.'s personal cells but no one answered . A courtesy phone call or text would have been nice . The woman at the home office was all apologetic and wanted me to reschedule but if they failed to show or at least called why would I take another chance for it to happen again. I rarely leave a bad review...check em...90% are 4-5 stars...Miracle ear was one if the worst,high pressure sales experiences I've had in 20 years!!...wow...went in for a tinnitus complaint and she fitted me for 8k worth of hearing aids which didn't address the tinnitus at all...when I said we wanted to think about it and chat she got ice cold, and unprofessional and kept insinuating that I couldn't afford them!...then snatched up the folder and said we're done here!!!...total unprofessional failure as a technician or a clos... read more
