Mike was great. He went over every aspect of the device as to what to expect, operation, and do and don'ts. It's also nice to have someone work with you during the first few months.
Michael is the hearing specialist here and he is AWESOME. My mother is under his care and she loves him. He is down to earth and doesn’t talk “over your head”…he explains everything in a manner that is very understandable. I can not recommend this place enough.
I truly like Mr. Howard Weeks. He is honest about everything. Robin is sweet lady and will help you. Thank you both. See you in 4 months.
