Stopped in with my dad without an appointment and Ben took the time to do a quick assessment and adjusted his hearing aids so he could actually hear. His hearing aids cost to much money for them to not work properly-so frustrating for everyone! Dad will be following up with, and all future appointments will be with Ben at the Lewiston, ID location.
We have just been treated by Ben and I am so happy with his service and dedication to help his patients! I am absolutely delighted with my hearing aids and the whole new experience of hearing the world as it should be! I would recommend this Miracle Ear office in Lewiston Idaho!
Ben is extremely friendly and helpful. Ben has helped my family and I hear to the best of our capabilities. I have had a bad experience before with my previous hearing aid vendor...not with Ben. He really is there to help the hearing impaired and it really shows. I'm upset with myself I didn't do this sooner. I didn't realize what I was missing out on in life and conversations. Ben has helped me be part of society again. Thank you I Ben and you're amazing at what you do.
