I know Heather and she is a warm, caring, relatable young woman, that does her job well. I have personally seen how her customers and return customers treat her and Rebekah. It’s like watching your elderly relatives with a family member. So I encouraged my friend who lives in Merritt Island to go to this specific store because I knew she would be comfortable working with these ladies. I've been a long-time customer of Miracle Ear in Titusville, purchasing my first pair in 2009. They have been very easy to work with and indeed a 'miracle' as I can hear things now I never knew I was missing. Recently I noticed that my hearing was not so crisp as it was. I thought initially it was from the muffled voices behind COVID 19 masks, but I decided to have it checked.
