I visited hot springs location March 27 he tested my hearing aids and hearing. Resit my hearing aids Shane allowed me to distinguish words much better thank you Shane .

This is a review of the MEHAC in Hot Springs, AR Nov 22, 2024. I was having a problem with my right hearing aid dome, the rubber like tip was getting stuck in my ear canal and had to be removed by an ENT doctor. Office manager Hannah Carey worked me in quickly for an appointment with Audiologist Shelly York who not only provided a different dome but tested and adjusted both hearing aids, and replaced a defective component in one of them. GREAT SUPPORT; THANKS HANNA AND SHELLY.
Miracle ears is a good place with I guess I need to say caring attendants, but it took them 9 months,filling out 3applications getting angry abunch of times& the having to apologize for what I said & the attitude I had.The first guy Hayden was so helpful my first time at Miracle ears. The computer s were done so another appointment was made for October 2023. In October I went back to finish with the application with Hayden& left a money order.
