It doesn't get better than this! My experience at Pittsfield Miracle Ear was wonderful from the first time I stepped in the door. Jim Lowe and staff were welcoming, informed & professional. My evaluation was extremely thorough and included plenty of time for education and answers to my many questions. The follow up care, also notable, exceeded expectations and has gone a long way toward my improved hearing and confidence boost. I am able to recommend Pittsfield, Miracle Ear without hesitation.
