Very professional! Helped me tremendously! Assistant is the bomb!!!
My grandpa is 92 years old... he had an appt at 9:30 and by 11:30 he still had not seen the "doctor"!! The lady at the check in desk was very kind however this is not acceptable!! He ended up leaving because he couldn't sit there any longer! I had the same experience myself when I went there to pickup his hearing aid. I waited a little over an hour and no one was at the front desk but I could hear the "doctor" talking to a patient. I ended up having to leave as well! Ridiculous patient care!!!
Made an appointment for Monday 2/20/2023 at 9:30 Received a call on Friday confirming appointment plus Email confirming. Show up for appointments 15 min early doors locked no one there. Called and was told we don’t know why no one is there, we will check call u back. I left at 9:50 no call and no one ever showed up. I called back at 10:30 and was told we don’t know what is going on. Asked to speak with supervisor, told they didn’t know how to contact supervisor
