Made an appointment for Monday 2/20/2023 at 9:30 Received a call on Friday confirming appointment plus Email confirming. Show up for appointments 15 min early doors locked no one there. Called and was told we don’t know why no one is there, we will check call u back. I left at 9:50 no call and no one ever showed up. I called back at 10:30 and was told we don’t know what is going on. Asked to speak with supervisor, told they didn’t know how to contact supervisor
Great people. They were caring and understanding.
Have not been pleased with service since the gentleman that was there passed away. He was awesome! But since then service dropped off and spiritless down. Not happy at all
